Payment and Shipping
You do not need a PayPal account to checkout. Once your payment is authorized and verified, processing time could take up to 24 hours. All items are shipped for a flat rate of $8 USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day. Shipping time does not include weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. Express and overnight shipping is available at an additional cost via email request prior to placing order. Please check the description of the item you are ordering to confirm its availability. ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Returns & Exchanges
Niki Shaw gladly accepts items for exchange or return. Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued. ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. All items must be returned or exchanged within 5 calendar days of the delivery date (per tracking number). After that period, no orders will be eligible for return or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We do require that you notify us regarding your return/exchange via email at niki@nikishaw.com.

​How Do I Return/Exchange an Item?

It's really easy! Just follow these steps below

Make sure items are unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached, and within 5 calendar days from the date your order was delivered per tracking number. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. If it's been past 5 calendar days, you cannot return or exchange the item. Unfortunately, you do not get to proceed to the next step, though you can gift the item to a close friend.

Email niki@nikishaw.com with your name, items being returned, order number, reason for return, and if you would like an exchange or store credit.

Await a confirmation email to ensure your item is eligible for return/exchange.

Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice. You are responsible for shipping costs.

Ship the item to the address provided in the confirmation email and you are good to go! Once the item has been received, we will contact you via email within 3-5 business days.
